Two plants in the Pax Silica Economic Zone, Tarlac: a waste-treatment plant that can generate cash early, and a tungsten recycling plant for industrial markets. Each can be funded on its own. They are meant to be built at the same time.
New Brunswick is an optional source of concentrate, considered only if a dedicated partner path exists. CanPac does not claim to own that asset. Early process design is supported by AGEIAS Engineered Systems in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Platform
Each Tarlac plant can be funded on its own. New Brunswick stays optional. There is no ownership claim on the Canadian asset.
